Who is responsible

Nuno Fontoura, trading as NabiaEdge, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@nabiaedge.com.

What we collect and why

Booking a call. When you book a call on this site we receive your name, email, the time you chose, your time zone and your answers to the booking questions, and create an event in our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. We use it to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.

Newsletter and free resources. If you subscribe or ask for a resource by email, we store your email address, optional first name, language, the page you signed up on and who referred you. We use it to send the emails you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Emails you send us. We keep your messages to reply and keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (website hosting, database and analytics), Resend (sending emails) and Google (calendar, Google Meet and email). Some are based outside the EU and rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Booking records for up to 24 months after the call. Email records for as long as needed for the relationship and any legal or accounting obligations.

This site sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@nabiaedge.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
